How To Make Beaded Rings

Supplies Needed
1 Glass Bead, one-faceted & center-drilled (25 mm x 12.5 mm x 7.5 mm)
2 round Glass Crystal Beads (5mm)
16 Gauge Wire
Dowel
Wire Cutters
Needle-nose Pliers
Tape Measure

Instructions
With the help of wire cutters, cut the wire into a length of 13-inch.

Insert a round bead into the wire, followed by the large bead and then the second round bead.

Position the beads in such a way that they are in the center of the wire. Next, use the dowel to shape the beaded ring.

Start by placing the clustered beads on one side of the dowel. Now, wrap the wires carefully around the dowel, to the other side.

Keep on holding the clustered beads together, in the same position.

Now, hold on to the beads and wrap one end of the wire around the dowel, two times. Finish the procedure when the wire reaches the starting point of the dowel.

Repeat the wrapping procedure with the other end of wire as well, ensuring four wraps of wire around the dowel.
It is now the time to remove the wrapped wire from the dowel.

Being as gentle and careful as possible, try the wrapped wire on your finger, to see whether the ring fits or not.
In case the ring does not fit, place it back on the dowel and make the necessary adjustments.

You will now be left with two tails of wire, which you will have to bend away from the ring at 90-degree angles.

Each of the two wire tails should extend away from the ring, from just below the clustered beads on each side.

Bending back one of the wire tails back in, towards the ring, you need to thread it completely through the ring, to the opposite side of the beads.

Tightly wrap the wire tail around the wires of the ring, a number of times. Do make sure that wrap point is just under the beads at the side of the ring.

Repeat the above two steps with the other side of the ring as well. Finally, trim the excess wire as close to the ring as possible.
